Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This User Agreement is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

General

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Cleo Beauty. You cannot assign this Agreement or any rights hereunder to any third party. Cleo Beauty may transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement without your prior consent. Cleo Beauty reserves the right to change these terms at any time by posting changes on the website, effective immediately upon posting.

Disclaimer: Cleo Beauty's products are based on Natural, Korean, and Ayurvedic formulations. While efforts are made to ensure safety, certain ingredients may cause allergic reactions or adversely affect individuals with pre-existing conditions. It is your responsibility to be aware of product ingredients and usage instructions. Cleo Beauty is not liable for product-related issues, including allergic reactions. For any purchases made through www.cleouniverse.com, the terms provided with the product packaging apply.
