Shipping policy
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi, India via courier. Please allow the following number of business days from receipt of your order for delivery:
- India Wide: 3 to 7 business days
Delivery Information
- Delivery Times: Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Signature Required: Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be available to sign for your delivery, please arrange for an alternative recipient, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor.
- Responsibility: Cleo Beauty takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
- Post-Delivery: Cleo Beauty is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Claims and Charges
- Claims for Shortages or Damages: All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
- Shipping and Handling Rates: Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. Charges are provided at checkout, and consumers will be informed of these costs before making payments.
