ENGRAVING FAQs

Which products are eligible for engraving?

Cleo Beauty is delighted to offer engraving and customization services on select products. This exclusive service is available only at www.cleouniverse.com. Eligible items include all lipsticks and select fragrances in sizes of 2.3 oz or larger.

How much does it cost to engrave a product?

Engraving is currently a complimentary service for lipsticks, mascaras, and select fragrances purchased on www.cleouniverse.com. There is no additional cost for this service at this time.

May I return or exchange an engraved product?

Unfortunately, engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. Returns will only be accepted if you provide an unboxing video of the product when it is delivered.

How long does it take to engrave my product?

Please allow an additional 6-7 business days for engraving, in addition to the standard 1-2 business days for order processing.

Where will the item be engraved?

Our engraving experts have determined the optimal placement for the engraving on each product, ensuring the best possible results for your engraved item.

Can I choose my engraving style?

Currently, we do not offer the option to select your desired font or placement. Our engraving experts have pre-determined the ideal font and placement to ensure the best results.

How can I choose to engrave my product?

To add engraving to your product, simply check the "Complimentary Engraving" box located just below the "Add to Bag" button on the product page. After checking the box, you will be able to customize your message or monogram by clicking "Add to Bag."

GENERAL PROGRAM CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

  • Cleo Beauty gift card or e-gift card purchases do not earn points.
  • Cleo Beauty Program rewards and offers cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
  • Rewards offers cannot be used towards the purchase of Cleo Beauty gift cards or e-gift cards, charitable items, promotional value sets, sales tax, shipping charges, or combined with other promotions, coupons, or program discounts. They may not be applied to previous purchases and have no cash value. Redemption offers are time-limited or available in limited quantities.
  • Member account spend balances cannot be combined with another member’s, transferred, or sold. They have no cash value and can only be redeemed for benefits, products, or services offered by Cleo Beauty.
  • Member account spend balances must be earned in compliance with Cleo Beauty's requirements. Attempts to earn account spend credit through automated means are prohibited. In the event of a dispute over account spend balance, Cleo Beauty's decision is final.
  • Upon termination of membership, all account spend credits are forfeited without cash equivalent provided for rewards or balances.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree not to:

  • Take actions or upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, invasive of privacy, tortious, obscene, profane, infringing, or otherwise violates Cleo Beauty's Site Terms of Use or any other agreement.
  • Upload content that imposes an unreasonable load on Cleo Beauty's infrastructure, attempts unauthorized access, contains viruses or other disruptive codes, or impersonates any person or entity.
  • Create member accounts through automated means or impersonate Cleo Beauty personnel.
  • Harvest information from Cleo Beauty's website.

Cleo Beauty is not liable for issues related to member equipment or programming, human error, network interruptions, or electronic transmission failures. The Program and these Terms are governed by the substantive laws of the State of New Delhi, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

ELIGIBILITY

Only one Program account may be associated with a single email address. In case of a dispute regarding ownership of a membership account, registration will be deemed to have been completed by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of enrollment. As per these Terms, the "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to the submitted email address by internet or online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, and to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure its accuracy and completeness. If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if Armani, at its sole discretion, suspects that your registration data is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or that you are abusing your membership in the Program in any way, Armani reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse your participation.

COMMUNICATIONS AND REVIEWING YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION

As a member, you will receive periodic emails from Cleo Beauty. You have the option to opt-out of marketing emails at any time, while transactional, relationship, and operational emails will continue to be sent to you pertaining to your membership in the Program or Cleo Beauty purchases. Examples include the Program welcome email, monthly account statement emails, purchase confirmation or status updates, and other communications essential for monitoring your account.
